CEA at Cal Poly and in California.

Sustain, strengthen and
further scientific, materials, design,
production and systems knowledge of CEA for
improved resource use efficiency, and business
opportunities utilizing CEA technology.

Increase multi-disciplinary
efforts at Cal Poly for the advancement of
societal factors enabling scientific and
technological endeavors promoting innovation and
the creative application of CEA technology.

Collaborate with national and
international science/engineering, governmental,
industrial, and business organizations.
Sustainability

Establish sustainable
practices for biomass and bioenergy production
including use of water, energy, carbon, human,
land and monetary resources in California and
the world.

Develop a model for
traditional energy-consuming farm conversion to
energy-generating, fully sustainable CEA
operations.
